Refund and Returns Policy
We have no time limit on our returns. We want you to be able to buy gifts in advance and not worry!
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I’m afraid we can’t refund Gift Cards, or refund items which are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
How to Return:
- Please send an email to contact@teesdaletoys.com so we know your return is on it’s way. If you can give us an idea of why you are returning an item that would be super – it helps us improve!
- Package your purchase and include your name, contact details, order number and receipt or proof of purchase. Send it to: Returns, Teesdale Toys, 9 The Bank, Barnard Castle, DL12 8PH
- We strongly advise, especially for more expensive items, that you get a proof of purchase or ask for a signed delivery, as we can only take responsibility for an item once it has been delivered to us.
- Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to let you know it has arrived with us, and we’ll refund your item immediately. It can take up to 3-5 days for a refund to show in your account, depending on which bank you use, but if you are concerned please call or email and we’ll investigate.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you – the gift giver won’t know, so there will be no hurt feelings!
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will need to send the refund to the gift giver.
Faulty Goods.
Please check your item(s) carefully as soon as you recieve your parcel, and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or faults, so we can put it right as soon as possible. Should you need to send your parcel back to us because of a fault or damage, we will of course refund your postage. Please email us as soon as you can after delivery.
